Click here!   Get Email Updates Tournament News! Northeast PA Competitor Classic is huge success! This has been a great year for both tournaments sponsored by Grant's Martial Arts Inc. with a combined attendance of over 300 competitors and 2,000 spectators.  The Northeast PA Competitor Classic was our original event and it began in 2001 with just 35 competitors.  You can view the results by clicking the link below.  We would like to thank all the schools, judges, competitors, volunteers and spectators for their continued support over the past 7 years. Master Grant retires for the "Karate Tournament Promotion" business. In 2008 we will not be holding any "Karate Style" open tournaments.  Master Grant has decided to focus solely on kickboxing promotions in '08 including turning the events into a television show and doing a big show in Atlantic City on Memorial Day Weekend. December 8th Kickboxing Show at GMA to air on Television? Grant's Martial Arts Inc. and Ackourey Productions have teamed up to turn the kickboxing event on December 8th into a TV show!  Who knows when and if it will air but it will be produced and marketed to local and national networks.  More than ever we need your support to make this event happen.  We need spectators, fighters, volunteers and sponsors!  Help us!  When the television cameras pan out over the crowd, we want the house to be packed!  Get your tickets now! He will be testing for yellow/orange later this month. New Online Martial Arts Magazine Debuts: The Tigers Eye Magazine made its recently made it's debut online.  The new magazine has interesting articles on the martial arts as well as some really good technique breakdowns and product reviews.  You can view the magazine by clicking here: Tiger's Eye Magazine Schedule Adjustments: Sparring will now be marked kickboxing on your class schedule.  There will be 3 classes added to the October schedule. Got Shorts? Grant's Martial Arts now has mesh shorts available.  Shorts are $25 for children sizes and $30 for adult sizes.  Shorts can now be warn in all kicboxing (formerly sparring classes and ground fighting classes). More Ground fighting classes will be added to the schedule for October, for all ages.  They will be made up of grappling, wrestling and ground striking.
